This
stunning mare has been
in training and show
barns the past 7 years
of her life. She has
been shown western
pleasure, english
pleasure, and classic
with top ribbon
achievements. She
also scored blues and
tris showing in hand.
She has been shown by
professionals, amateurs,
and youth. She has
competed at Morgan and
open shows from Oklahoma
to the east coast. She
offers a great headset
(wonderful tip at the
poll), will pick up her
correct lead from a stop
or walk, and moves with
her hocks underneath
her. With her coloring,
markings and silvery
mane and tail, she is
extremely eye catching.
She is very responsive
and rides best with a
light hand on her reins.
If you are hard handed,
or balance with your
hands– she won’t be the
horse for you.
We took her in for trail riding and she has been outstanding out on the trails! I prefer to sell her as a trail horse; I think she may be burnt out on horse shows for awhile. We love her on a trail! She has boldly gone through/over whatever we’ve pointed her at; water, mud, downed trees, up/down hills, along edges/cliffs, etc. I'm really happy with her on a trail; she's been ideal. She will lead or follow, doesn’t mind the dogs or other horses around her. She will notice the dogs when out of sight in bushes, but I wouldn't call her spooky or flighty. She rides along happy with her ears up and has a ground covering walk. I think she could trail ride all day as our 2-3 hr rides don't really tire her out.
She loads/hauls like a champ! No problems at all; you won't know she is even back there. Clips well, ties, stands for fly spraying, bathes, vet and farrier. She has the best disposition, LOVES people, loves attention – nickers to us all the time. She is a happy mare with her ears always up.
She is bred to the nines with some of the breeds best horses behind her (top and bottom side of her pedigree). She has never been bred and my barn girls are over the moon to breed her to my Blitz (Ancan True Colors) and retain the foal. I agree – it would make for a stunning foal. Dancer is a very nice breeding candidate with correct conformation, straight legs and sound/normal hooves. I don't need her in my program, I have plenty of mares. She was vet-check sound for breeding. I’ll offer $500 credit towards a service to my champion palomino stallion, Ancan True Colors, if you would like to raise a foal from her.
